Russell Ball

"Mr. Russell Ball is a Director of Molycorp. Mr. Ball serves as Executive Vice President, Capital Management, for Goldcorp, Inc. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Newmont Mining Corporation. Before becoming CFO at Newmont, Mr. Ball held a variety of senior positions there, including Vice President and Controller from 2004 until 2007. Mr. Ball is both a Chartered Accountant in South Africa and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States. Mr. Ball brings a unique and important understanding of finance and accounting in the international mining industry to the board of directors."
