Biographical Information

"Roy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has been a member since 1970. Previous to the incorporation of Phoenix Gaming, Roy had been CEO of Inter Lotto (UK) Limited for 12 years. In this capacity he was involved in all of the various products managed by that firm including scratch cards, daily games (online) distributed through the retail industry and rapid draw lotteries (online) distributed through the pub/club market.

"Prior to this and throughout most of the eighties, Roy lived in New York where he was CEO of Natco Industries Inc. This was a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange which specialised in retailing young men’s fashion through 250 outlets situated in 34 States. Before leaving to work in New York for 9 years, Roy had been Chairman and MD of H. Young Holdings Limited. H. Young was a company listed on the London Stock Exchange with businesses involved in car retailing and manufacturing. He qualified in late 1969 and spent a few years at Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) before a short spell in Investment Banking."[1]
