Biographical Information
"Roland Brown has a wealth of financial and commercial experience across multiple industry segments. From 1990 to 1997 he was Chief Financial Officer of the Smorgon Consolidated Industries Group of Companies. Prior to that he ran his own cosulting company from 1983 to 1990, and in the early 1980's he was Chief Financial Officer of Elders IXL Limited.
"Roland was appointed to the River Capital Board in March 2000. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from St Andrew University, Scotland."[1]
