"Rod was first appointed as a non-executive director of the company in March 2007. He is the Founder and Chief Executive of Catalyst Fund Management and Research Ltd: a venture capital firm founded in 1997. In March of 2008 Catalyst launched www.socialinvestments.com, a website which offers socially-minded investors information about social businesses in the UK. Catalyst and its affiliates are solely focused on the social, ethical and environmental business sector.
