Biographical Information

"Mr. Robert Daniel Soros is the Managing Partner and Co- Chairman at Soros Fund Management LLC. He has been with the company since 1994 and has also served as the Co-Deputy Chairman. Mr. Soros became the Chief Investment Officer of the firm in 2000 but stepped aside in July 2007. He is also a Partner at Soros Private Equity Partners and is responsible for private equities and real estate investing for the Quantum group of funds. Prior to this, Mr. Soros worked for Schroeder Munchmeyer & Hengst in Europe in their equity research department and for Prudential Bache in their risk arbitrage department. He serves on the Board of Directors for American Malls International, Andex Resources LLC, Northstar Capital Investment Corp., and Stratum Realty Fund LP. Previously, Mr. Soros served as a Director of Wang Healthcare Information Systems Inc. He received his B.A. from New York University."
