Biographical Information

"Mr. Robert Oscar Rowley is an Executive Director at Cable & Wireless Communication PLC since September 2002. Prior to his current role, he was an Executive Deputy Chairman of Cable and Wireless plc from January 21, 2003 until July 21, 2006. At Cable and Wireless, he was responsible for finance and legal functions. He served as an Executive Director at Reuter Group PLC from 1990 to December 2001. Prior to this, Mr. Rowley was a Member of the Board of Directors and a Finance Director at Reuters Group plc. From 1990 to 2001, he served as a Board Director at Reuters and from 1990 to 2000 as the Finance Director. Mr. Rowley was the Chief Executive Officer at Reuterspace until 2001. He joined Reuters in 1979 as a Financial Controller in the Business Group Division and was later a Member of the Board of Directors of Instinet and other Reuters Group companies.

"Mr. Rowley has been a Non Executive Director of TNS OBOP since September 2002 and Liberty International PLC since May 17, 2004. He serves as a Non Executive Director of UK eUniversities Worldwide and a Independent Non-Executive Director of Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC since September 19, 2007. He is a Member of the Executive Board of MidOcean Partners. Mr. Rowley was a Member of the Board of Directors of Thomson Reuters PLC from 1990 to December 31, 2001. He served as a Senior Independent Director of Prudential PLC from December 2003 to May 2006 and served as its Independent Non Executive Director from July 1999 to December 2003 and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Rowley was a Member of the Board of Directors of Taylor Nelson Sofres. Mr. Rowley served as a Senior Independent Non Executive Director of TNS Group Holdings Ltd. (also known as Taylor Nelson Sofres PLC) from September 2002 to December 2005."
