Dr. Carpenter is an obstetrician and gynecologist who specializes in materna/fetal medicine. His expertise includes the effects of maternal smoking and other factors on maternal health and pregnancy outcomes, the benefits of pre-natal care, and the demographics, disease prevalence and health risks of the populations which are the subject of this suit.
