Biographical Information
"Robert has spent most of his career in international development. After working with VSO in India, he held a range of positions with the Department for International Development in Africa and Asia, as well as London. He has been a director of the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He became a Trustee in early 2006, and is Chair of the Programme sub-committee."[1]
