Biographical Details
"Robert has over 30 years experience of being an international litigation and arbitration lawyer, based in the City of London. Latterly he was also Managing Partner of the London office of American based firm Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP. He retired from Morgan Lewis in 2009 and is now a director of the Serious Fraud Office as well as director of Opportunity International United Kingdom and of Opportunity Tanzania Limited. He is an accredited mediator. He was involved in a number of law reforming committees in the City. He was a member of the Commercial Court Users Committee. He is author of Goldspink and Cole on ‘International Commercial Fraud’ (Sweet & Maxwell) and of many legal articles. He obtained undergraduate and post graduate degrees from Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge." [1]
