RBG was involved in the Ephraim Island project: "An AUD $250 million exclusive residential project located on an island in the Gold Coast Broadwater. The design and analysis allows for earthquake resistance of the structures in loose, water-charged sands." Their client was Mirvac & Lewis Land. [2]
RGB was also recruited by Leighton Properties and Leighton Contractors to construct the Green Square North Tower "the first building in Queensland to receive a six star Green Star rating for Office Design.
"This $100M premium 13 storey commercial development is comprised of 23,000m² office space, two basements, extensive ground floor podium and a roof-top co-generation plant." [3]
