Robert A. Pritzker is the brother of Jay Pritzker.

He served as President of Union Tank Car Company, Marmon Industrial Corporation and The Marmon Corporation. He serves as Chairman of Colson Caster Corporation, Cerro Wire & Cable Co. Inc., Illinois Institute of Technology and Thorco Industries, Inc. He served as Chairman of TIE/Communications, Inc. since April 9, 1991." [1]
