"Richard Woods was senior vice president of Corporate Affairs at Capital One, where he was responsible for corporate communications, philanthropy, and reputation risk management programs. He was also responsible for community development group outreach, Community Reinvestment Act compliance, and the company’s line of business dedicated to community development lending and investment.
