"Retired. Mr. Wambold was Chief Executive Officer of Pactiv Corporation, a producer of consumer and food service/food packaging products, from November 1999 when Pactiv was spun-off from its parent company, Tenneco Inc. until January 2011. Mr. Wambold was Chairman of Pactiv from March 2000 to November 2010. Prior to joining Pactiv, Mr. Wambold held operating positions with Tenneco Inc. and with J. I. Case, a manufacturer of farm and construction equipment. Mr. Wambold is also a director of Cooper Tire and Rubber Company."[1]
