Richard J. Shin

Richard J. Shin is a Vice President of Perseus. Prior to joining Perseus in 1999, Mr. Shin worked at Lazard Frères for its private equity investment division focused on investing in real estate-related operating companies. At Lazard Frères, Mr. Shin was involved in all aspects of the investment process including identifying and developing opportunities; assisting in structuring, negotiating and closing transactions; and monitoring portfolio companies. From 1995 to 1997 Mr. Shin worked with Chase Securities, Inc. in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department where he was a member of transaction execution teams focused on merger, acquisition, sale and general corporate advisory transactions in a variety of industries.

Mr. Shin holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
