Biographical Information
Richard Down, Chairman of Elizabeth Finn Care " has held senior management appointments in a range of British and international public and private sector projects, since the early 1980s. Between 1992 and 2005 he acted as an advisor to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and played a leading role in coordination of the G7/8 Summits and EU Presidency meetings. In this role he was credited with pioneering private sector corporate partnerships with major UK Government events.
"Mr Down is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and, as well as being Chairman of the Elizabeth Finn Care Board of Trustees, holds the post of Chairman of its Investment Committee." [1]
