Biographical Information

"Mr. Richard Cashin "is Managing Partner of One Equity Partners, the private equity investment unit of J. P. Morgan Chase, which manages $6.0 billion of JPMC’s private equity capital, and serves on the JPMC Executive Committee. He has also been President of Citicorp Venture Capital (1980-2000). Mr. Cashin grew up in Africa and Asia, where his parents served in diplomatic posts. He has been especially active in support of disadvantaged students and athletics. He currently serves on the Boards of Titan International and The New York City Investment Fund (Co-Chair). He is a Trustee of the Boys Club of New York, National Rowing Foundation (Chairman), Jazz at Lincoln Center, Central Park Conservancy, Brooklyn Museum, and TOUCH Foundation. He has also been on the boards of Phillips Academy and International Preschools. He received both his B.A. in East Asian studies and his M.B.A. from Harvard University. He was a member of the 1976 and 1980 Olympic rowing teams, and was World Champion in 1974. " [1]
