Biographical Information
"Trained as a social worker, Richard started his career in local authorities in the Midlands before working for many years with Mencap developing and managing services for people with learning disabilities. Since 1999 he has been Chief Executive of Perennial, the occupational charity providing social care services for people who work in horticulture. Richard was Treasurer of Equinox 1999-2002 and Chair from 2002-2008."[1]
