Richard C. Day
Dick Day is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer od of the African Development Foundation (USADF).
"Under his direction, ADF ensures efficient and cost-effective implementation of all headquarters programs and operations. Prior to his appointment as Vice President and COO, Dick served in various senior coordinator and advisory roles at USADF over the past ten years. Dick also served for many years at the U.S. Agency for International Development, during which time he received a number of awards for his accomplishments. Dick holds a BA in History and Political Science from Stanford University, a MS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and has done post-graduate work at Cornell University in International Economics and Development.“ [1]
