Richard Bonnie (Law Prof., U of Virginia): Plaintiff
Biography
Richard Bonnie is a law professor at the University of Virginia (1994) (AP 9/13/94). He is an official with The National Academy of Sciences' Institute of Medicine, which issued a report in September 1994 urging Congress to allow the F.D.A. to aggressively regulate tobacco (AP 9/13/94).
