Biographical Information

Mr. Richard A. Bartlett "is chair of the board. He is managing director of Resources Holdings, Ltd., a private equity firm in New York City. Prior to joining that firm in 1984, he served as a law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Harry A. Blackmun, and prior to that, as a law clerk on the U.S. Circuit Court for the District of Columbia. Mr. Bartlett received his J.D. from Yale Law School and his B.A. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Brookings Council of the Brookings Institution, and serves on the board of several private companies, including as chairman of Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation.
