Biographical Information

"Ricardo Duarte is a partner at the Law Firm Duarte Garcia Abogados in Bogota. He was Colombia's Chief Trade Negotiator for the Uribe Government and the Deputy Minister for Entrepreneurial Development at the Ministry of Trade, Industry & Tourism. He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bancóldex and of Fondo Nacional de Garantías, Chairman of the Management Board of Fomipyme, a member of the Board of Directors of SENA, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Propaís, and a member of the Board of Directors of Fundación Monseñor Isaías Duarte Cancin."
