Rhonda M. Glover "is a supervisory special agent with the FBI. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. She has a master's in management from the Johns Hopkins University and she holds a certificate in Nonprofit Executive Management from Georgetown University. She is a Diamond Life Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and a Life Member of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) where she was elected to the NOBLE Executive Board from 1997-2002 as its National Parliamentarian. She currently serves as the NOBLE National Youth Initiative Chairperson." [1]
