Biographical Information
"Rhidwaan Gasant was appointed to the board of AngloGold Ashanti on 12 August 2010 and is chairman of the Risk and Information Integrity Committee, and a member of the Audit and Corporate Governance, Nominations and Financial Analysis Committees. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of Energy Africa Limited and sits on the board of international companies in the MTN Group."[1]
