Red White and Blue Fund
The Red White and Blue Fund is a Super PAC that was organized October 7, 2011, and, thus far, has spent the majority of its funds on the Iowa campaign of Republican presidential hopeful Rick Santorum. The fund sent a two-line memorandum to the Federal Election Commission asking to switch from quarterly to monthly filing of its funding.[1] By doing so, Super PACs like Red White & Blue could avoid reporting until Jan. 31, 2012, after the New Hampshire, South Carolina and Florida were over. Still a little light has been shed by reporters doing their homework.

Funding Sources
Wyoming financier and conservative philanthropist Foster Friess, a founder of a successful mutual fund told NBC News that he is "one of a number of contributors who have rallied" to contribute to Santorum via the Red White and Blue Fund.[2] He said that he can be characterized as the "major donor." Freiss gave $250,000 to Softer Voices, a group backing Santorum's unsuccessful re-election bid in Pennsylvania in [2006]. He also gave $250,000 to the Republican Governors Assocation in 2011. He is also the primary backer of conservative commentator Tucker Carlson's The Daily Caller, providing a reported $3million in funding for that venture. [3]
