Randall Baumberger

"As President, Paramount Studio Group, Randall Baumberger is responsible for overseeing the studio's operations, as well as its diverse range of production, technical, and event services. He joined the studio in February 2008.

"Prior to joining Paramount, Baumberger served as President and COO of Ultimate Acquisition Partners, the parent company of national consumer electronics retailer Ultimate Electronics.

"Previous to that, Baumberger was President of Game Crazy, the nation's fastest growing video game retailer, with over 700 stores nationwide.

"Before joining Game Crazy, Baumberger was with The Walt Disney Company as Senior Vice President, Resort Operations and Sales, where he directed all revenue generating areas for the Disneyland Resort, The Walt Disney Travel Company, and the Downtown Disney District. In this role, Baumberger oversaw a variety of activities including international sales and marketing, domestic distribution, merchandise and store operations, food and beverage, and resort hotels.

"During his tenure at Disney's Regional Entertainment Division, Baumberger oversaw the company's creative urban restaurant, retail, and entertainment concepts including ESPN Zone, a sports-themed dining and entertainment venue with locations across the country and DisneyQuest, a chain of interactive family entertainment venues.

"Prior to Disney Regional Entertainment, Baumberger served as Senior Vice President at GES Exposition Services, the nation's leader in convention, trade show, and events. Previously, he spent seven years in several senior management positions with PepsiCo's (now Yum Brands) Taco Bell Corp, where he oversaw corporate, franchise, and license organizations.

"Baumberger earned a Bachelor's Degree in humanities from the University of California, Irvine and a Master's Degree in business administration from California State University, Fullerton. He has served on the Board of Governors for the youth mentoring organization Athletes and Entertainers for Kids (A.E.F.K.), the Executive Committee of the Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureau, and a Director of Arts Orange County."
