Rafael López Pintor

Rafael López-Pintor "is a professor of political science at the Autonomous University of Madrid. One of the foremost experts on post-conflict elections, Dr. López-Pintor is a technical advisor to IFES, the UNDP, International IDEA, the European Commission, and NDI. He has been published in numerous magazines and journals, and is the author of seminal books on election management, such as Electoral Management Bodies as Institutions of Governance (2000)." [1]
