Princeton Public Affairs was a Trenton, New Jersey-based, government lobbying company run by Dale Florio in partnership with Peter J. McDonough, who later got into politics and added the title "Honorable" (Hon.) [1]
The Hon. John Russo also joined the partnership at a later date. Dale had lobbied for campaign contributions for Russo in 1986, and later for tobacco industry support of Russo's actions in the Congress. [2][3]
The company's major work was for Philip Morris. Dale Florio was an ex-employee and the Tobacco Institute, although it acted as a coordinator in the area of tort reform and product liability with food, beverages, and other related companies and trade associations. They ran the local New Jersey Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse (CALA).
