Biographical Information
"Philip is a chartered surveyor and building engineer. He runs his own consultancy practice and is an executive director of Philip Raw & Co in Winchester. Philip was previously a director of Royal & Sun Alliance Property Services, for 10 years a divisional Director of Survey and Valuation and then with regional responsibility for sales, financial services and property management. He is also Chair of Riverside ECHG."[1]
