Biographical Information
"Philip is Bursar of Brasenose College, Oxford. After training as a management accountant in industry, Philip moved into finance in the charity sector in 1996, and has held senior finance and management positions in a number of charities. Until recently he was also a trustee and vice-chair of Transport 2000 Trust. "[1]
