Biographical Information

Philip joined Key Capital Partners "after five years as finance director with James Harvard International, a private equity backed international recruitment business that specialises in the pharmaceutical market. In his role at James Harvard International Group, Philip secured £2.5m of equity finance and completed two acquisitions of complementary staffing businesses before overseeing the sale of the business to Hays Plc in 2007 for initial consideration of £24 million. Previously Philip was Investment Director at Granville Baird (now Baird Capital Partners) where he worked closely with Owen Trotter and Mike Fell.

"Philip lives in Surrey with his wife and daughter. He is a keen guitarist and most weekends he can be found tackling the Surrey Hills on his mountain bike."[1]
