Phil Riman
"Phil Riman is a Solicitor and currently the CEO of the specialist corporate and technology law firm, White & Black. Having established that firm in 2007, he led its growth and eventual merger with a listed, global, professional services group in 2018. Previously Phil worked as legal counsel at 3i, the global private equity group, supporting its business in the UK and the US. As a lawyer, he advises on domestic and cross-border transactions and is ranked as one of the UK’s leading venture capital practitioners.
"Phil is an experienced executive and non-executive director, both in the legal sector and beyond, with particular specialisms in strategy and governance. Phil is a former governor of Cokethorpe Educational Trust. He is a graduate of University College London (winner of the Professor Dolley Prize) and of the College of Law, Guildford (with Distinction) and he qualified as a Solicitor in 1996."[1]
