Biographical Information
"Peter Wallace is a businessman who spent the first part of his career in marketing and product development with companies such as Knorr, Findus / Nestle, Cavenham Foods, and Trebor, where he became the Personnel Director. During his time at Trebor he became interested in their approach to the personal development and empowerment of employees. Peter helped develop and run a management personal development course which incorporated new ideas about diet and nutrition, meditation, exercise, complementary therapies, and vision- building techniques. For many participants it was a life changing experience. Peter was a founder Director of the College of Natural Nutrition. From 1994-8 he was Chairman of the Bristol Cancer Help Centre. Today he is the Chief Executive of Nature's Own and Cytoplan. "[1]
