Biographical Information

"Peter is a former Senior Partner of Ernst and Young, where latterly he was Markets Partner for middle market. Since leaving the profession in 2008 he has focused on working with entrepreneurial and fast growth companies with roles as Chairman or Director in companies including Harry Ramsdens and Fishworks restaurant chains, Hotel Chocolat, Climate Cars and FTSE 250 company Dominos Pizza UK & IRL, where he also served as a member of the Audit and Remuneration committees."
