Peter Berkowitz is a Hoover Institution Research Fellow, a law professor and an author. He was awarded the Thomas J. Wilson Prize by Harvard University Press for the best book by a new author for "Nietzsche: The Ethics of an Immoralist".

Giuliani foreign policy team
On July 10, 2007, Giuliani announced the "line-up" of his foreign policy team, which included Berkowitz, Ed Lasky wrote in the American Thinker.[1]
Berkowitz will serve as Senior Statecraft, Human Rights, and Freedom Advisor.[2]
