Pepperdine University is a private university affiliated with the Churches of Christ. It is located in Malibu, California.

Locations
Courses are taught in Malibu, at six graduate campuses in southern California, and at six international branch campuses located in Heidelberg, Germany; London, England; Florence, Italy; Lausanne, Switzerland; Shanghai, China; and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

- James Q. Wilson (Chairman of the American Enterprise Institute's Council of Academic Advisors) is a professor of public policy at Pepperdine.
Funding
Richard Mellon Scaife is a longtime Pepperdine supporter, giving almost $13 million from the early 1960s to 1998.[1]
