Penny Fenner-Crisp

Penny Fenner-Crisp is a private consultant. She has previously served as senior science advisor to the director of the EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs and executive director of the ILSI Risk Science Institute, a spin off of the food industry lobby group, the International Life Sciences Institute. She received her PhD in pharmacology from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.[1] She co-wrote the Alliance for Food and Farming's "Expert Panel Report" dismissing the notion that fruits and vegetables contain unsafe pesticide residues.[2]
