"Paula Dwyer was a director and Chairman of the Audit Risk and Compliance Committee of Promina Group Limited at the date of the merger with Suncorp. Ms Dwyer is also a director of TABCORP Holdings Limited, where she is Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Babcock & Brown Japan Property Management Limited. She is a member of the ASIC Business Consultative Panel (Melbourne Chapter) and Vice President of the Baker Heart Research Institute. She is a chartered accountant by profession and during her 20 year executive career held senior positions in the securities, investment management and investment banking sectors."
