Biography

Paul V. Luisada is a member of the FDA Drug Abuse Advisory Committee studying nicotine nasal spray and whether nicotine is addictive (August 1994) (WP 8/2/94). He was director of the Northern Virginia Institute of Psychiatry in 1994. (WP 8/2/94) Luisada thinks nicotine nasal spray is a great step toward getting people to stop smoking (WP 8/2/94).
