Paul S. Phillips

Paul Phillips is the President and CEO of the Oregon-based public relations firm, Pac/West Communications. "Phillips served fourteen years in the Oregon Legislature and five years as an assistant to Governor Vic Atiyeh prior to that. Additionally, he served as Nike's Director of Community Affairs and managed a major regional economic development association for several years," a biogrpahical note states. [1]
