Biographical Information
"Paul’s background in Higher Education stems from working with 5 different Higher Education organisations over the past 25 years starting his career at the University of Leicester, as a PhD student and then as a lecturer. He subsequently worked with The Open, Northampton, Anglia Ruskin and London Metropolitan Universities and for the past 10 years in a senior management capacity running various departments, frameworks as well as establishing from scratch a new University Centre in Peterborough. He has also worked at governmental level with numerous agencies and departments. Much of Paul’s previous work has focused upon quality assurance and enhancement strategies, teaching, learning and pedagogic developments, student engagement and educational change management. He is also recognised nationally as an expert in postgraduate educational development."[1]
