Mr. Kearns is Director—Marine at Price Forbes Ltd., a London-based insurance brokerage firm which is the successor to Prentis, Donegan & Partners, Ltd., an insurance brokerage firm which Mr. Kearns co-founded in 1993. Mr. Kearns has more than 20 years of experience in the global risk management and insurance industries. Mr. Kearns is a citizen of the United Kingdom." [1]
