Paul Arthur "is Course Director of the Graduate Program in Peace and Conflict Studies at the School of History and International Affairs, University of Ulster. He holds degrees from Queens University Belfast and National University of Ireland. He has worked with the British Council on the Northern Ireland Peace Process. He has also received grants from the US Institute for Peace, Ireland Funds, Nuffield Foundation, and the Social Science Research Council. He has also been involved with projects in Sri Lanka and Israel/Palestine." [1]
