Patricia Moser
Patricia Moser "is an international health practitioner and advocate with more than 25 years in the field. Since 1994, she has been on staff at the Asian Development Bank, where she served most recently as Deputy Director of the North American Representative Office (2000 - 2004). In 2004 - 2005, while on leave from the ADB, she served as Executive Vice-President of the International Women's Health Coalition, a non-profit women's health advocacy organization based in New York, NY. Ms. Moser was a Foreign Service Officer with the US Agency for International Development from 1982 - 1994, working in health economics and health development in Latin America, Africa and Asia. She has an M.A. in Health Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a B.A. in Comparative Area Studies from Duke University. Professor Moser teaches the course International Health Overview: Issues, Policies and Institutions.“ [1]
