Osagie E. Ehanire

"Dr. Osagie E. Ehanire is a Nigerian from Edo State, an outstanding surgeon with an MD from Germany’s prestigious Ludwig Maximillians University of Munich’s College of Medicine. He pursued postgraduate Residency training also in Germany, at Teaching hospitals affiliated with the Universities of Dusseldorf and Essen and, on successful completion, obtained the Board Certifications in General Surgery and Accident (Orthopedic Trauma) Surgery from the Medical Board of North Rhine in Dusseldorf. During his training at the premier BG Accident hospital in Duisburg, he was a clinical instructor at fracture Internal Fixation courses and a contributor to the specialty book titled “The Severely Injured Limb” edited by John Ackroyd. He also studied Anaesthesiology to earn a Diploma (DA) from the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin Ireland.

"Back in NIgeria, Dr. Ehanire worked at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, before accepting the position of Divisional Surgeon at the Warri hospital of the Shell Petroleum Development Company. He also served as a member of the Hospital Management Boards of Bendel and Edo States while he worked as a private consultant surgeon to Oil Service Companies in Warri. He was appointed a Trustee of TY Danjuma Foundation in 2009." [1]
