Orde Kittrie is a Senior Fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and a tenured Professor of Law at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. From the FDD profile:
- Kittrie is a leading expert on nonproliferation law and policy. He is particularly well known for his leading role in, and expertise regarding, the imposition of sanctions on Iran. He is also a leading expert on international law, including especially as it relates to the Middle East.[1]
