Biographical Information

"Oliver Pawle stepped down as Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking Division of UBS in April 2007.

"His principal base is at Korn Ferry / Whitehead Mann where he chairs the Board Practice. He has led many major searches, including those for the Deputy Governor of the Bank of England, the Chair and Members of the Court of the Bank of England and the Chairman and Members of the Board of RBS.

"He is chairman of the board of Financial Dynamics, a leading international business and financial communications consultancy and also sits on the Advisory Board of Delancey Real Estate Asset Management.

"Oliver is a governor of Goodenough College, an international college for post-graduate students in London and is on the National Theatre Development Council. He is also a member of the advisory board of Reform a ‘think tank’ involved in the reform of the public sector."
