Biographical Information

"A graduate of the Moscow State Institute of Culture, a Candidate of Political Sciences and previously Chaired the Administration of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was the Deputy Mayor of Kyzylorda Oblast and in the past a Political Council Secretary of the ‘Otan’ Party. The creator of the discussion and intellectual club, "Ait PARK» and the author and presenter of the "Open Studio" show on the “Astana” TV channel."
