"Following a succession of mergers between a collective of local organisations with similar interests, Novalis Trust was formed in April 2008 to manage and administrate the education and care services provided by:
"Cotswold Chine School - A school for young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties and/or special educational needs
"Paradise House - A long term residential community with educational and occupational experiences for adults with learning disabilities
"Meadowbank - A single therapeutic residential care home for adults with learning disabilities
"Whilst each entity retains their original name and identity, their infrastructure and operational activities are maintained and coordinated by the trust via 'Central Services' based at Ebley House near Stroud. With its vast rooms and extensive facilities the site is predominantly an administrative hub, which facilitates in-house training for professional and departmental development. Equally it functions as a centre for therapeutic services, group work and study groups."[1]
