"NEW YORK, December 3, 1998: Entertainment superstar and entrepreneur Sean `Puffy' Combs has made a multi-million dollar investment in Notorious Entertainment, LLC, the parent company of Notorious magazine . Puffy has been named co-publisher of Notorious magazine alongside David Anthony. Anthony was a founder of the magazine and retains his original post as Editor-in-Chief. Together, Puffy and Anthony will relaunch the glossy, bimonthly publication in March of 1999 with a new editorial motto : "People breaking the rules and changing the world." A special prototype edition of the new Notorious, entitled "The Notorious 25 of 1998," will be available to advertisers and current subscribers next month, December 1998 ."
