Noel Harwerth "brings considerable experience in the financial services industry particularly in the areas of governance, risk management and taxation to the Board. In 2003, Ms Harwerth retired from her position as Chief Operating Officer of Citibank International PLC. Prior to that, she served as Chief Tax Officer of Citigroup, Dun & Bradstreet Corporation and Kennecott Copper Corporation where she worked on large complex international mining transactions. Ms Harwerth currently serves on the board of directors of Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance, Logica Group, Corporate Services Group, Anglo Irish Bank, and is Deputy Chairman of Sumitomo Mitsubishi Banking Europe."
